Sherridan’s Cancellation Policy

Sherridan’s reserves your appointment especially for you, where possible we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of your appointment booked.

Please be aware that when you cancel or just forget your appointment without following our cancellation notice, ‘Sherridans’ loses the opportunity to rebook ‘your’ appointment time, and salon guests on our standby list loses the opportunity to receive services for them.

Your hair and beauty appointments are confirmed by text message 48 hours in advance especially for you and we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks in advance so please be advised the services are reserved for you personally, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred on some occasions.

Sherridans’s Colour Safe Policy

Sherridan’s are a colour safe responsible salon, before any colour service you are required to have a skin test 48hrs prior to your service.

Please call into the salon whereby we will issue your skin test and ensure we have your wellbeing as our priority. In the event you have not adhered to our colour safe policy your colour will be respectfully cancelled and will have to be rescheduled.

Sherridan’s Late Arrival Policy

Here at Sherridan’s we always want to give you the best possible salon experience. Arriving any more than a couple of minutes late can impair your salon experience   and visit therefore your appointment booked may result in unsufficient time to give you the service you deserve.

The team will naturally do their very best to honour your appointment and while we appreciate circumstances are sometimes beyond your control and where possible we will always try to accommodate you. However, if we can no longer carry out a full service we may have to cancel and reschedule your appointment for another time and day.

Sherridan’s Booking Policy

Please be advised appointments can only be booked up to 12 weeks in advance due to team holidays and late cancellations on the day when salon guests ‘hold’ appointment for length of duration period.

When booking online please be aware you may receive a courtesy phone call to amend booking.

 Sherridan’s Text Notification Policy

We appreciate that remembering your appointment you made in advance can slip your mind. Therefore, Sherridan’s Hair & Beauty will send you a text notification 2 days prior to your appointment to confirm the date and time and team member. If you do not wish to be part of this service please notify one of the team when you are in the salon.

We appreciate also technology can fail so we also request you do keep your appointment on our salon appointment/privilege card or your personal calendar to ensure you don’t miss your appointment booked.

At Sherridan’s we love to keep in touch with our salon guests via our salon newsletter so please don’t be offended when we ask you for your mobile number and email address so we can share our salon promotions and news or just in case a team member is absent due to sickness.

Sherridan’s Mobile Phone Policy

Respectfully we request you keep your mobile phones on silent to give you and other salon guest’s time to relax and enjoy your salon visit. While we appreciate your ‘lives’ are busy and you need to keep contact with the outside world along with our hair guests we also have beauty guests relaxing in the treatment rooms therefore your salon visit should be a time for you to be pampered.
